We host quarterly events in Knoxville! Workshops, parties, festivals, and more!

 

Hard Knox Lindy Rox (Spring Workshop)

Hard Knox is Knoxville’s premier workshop weekend held every spring. People from around the country come in to learn from top-notch teachers in a laid-back atmosphere that only Knoxville can provide. Take classes, hear great music, and dance all night! Check out the website.

 

Nearby Dance Communities

Asheville, NC: Swing Asheville meets at the BLOCK every Tuesday with classes before a dancing with a live band.

Nashville, TN: The weekly dance Jump Session is every Friday night at the Global Education Center in East Nashville.

Atlanta, GA: Hot Jam is every Monday night at the Garden Hills Community Center in Buckhead.

Huntsville, AL: Thursday Night Swing meets with several levels of classes before dance at the Flying Monkey in the Lowe Mill. Huntsville Swing Dance Society meets first Fridays (alternating Blues and Balboa) and third Thursdays (live music).

Regional Events

Some of the events are near by, and some are farther away, but they all typically at least have one car going from Knoxville. There will be travel events on the KSDA Facebook Group for organizing housing and carpools.

Dayton Swing Smackdown
