Mark Hipshire
Mark walked into the Laurel theater when he was 19. He was too afraid to admit that he might actually enjoy dancing as a way to move and express himself, so he told everybody he was doing it to meet girls. He also kept up the pretenses that he was only in it to be a casual dancer, but inside he always dreamed of being the man center stage with the slickest of moves. Now, several years later, he has shed his embarrassment and timidness, and intends to ride this Lindy Train as far as he can get. Come join him at the Laurel any given Wednesday that he’s not trying to leave the country to go dance somewhere else!
